Less 10%	for 21 to 56 nights
	Must be fully paid 42 days prior to arrival
Less 15%	for more than 57 nights
	Must be fully paid 42 days prior to arrival
No Extra charge	for 3rd or 4th person if on sleeper couch in lounge Only available if confirmed when reservation is made

Conditions to Above Rates

• Rates are per apartment/night
• No single rates
• Minimum 2/3 night stay or minimum of R480 total booking
• Minimum booking or payment for 10 nights continuous stay required for Xmas periods between 14th December - 6th January and 4 nights over Easter Weekend and Argus Cycle Tour
• Deposit of 50% required to confirm booking and will be refunded providing the booking is cancelled in writing 60 days or more before arrival.
• The outstanding balance is due before or on the day of arrival
• Reservations made within 30 days of arrival or totaling less than R1000 or over peak periods or special sporting events require full payment before confirmation and arrival
• If you do not cancel your booking in writing 31 days prior to arrival, you will be responsible for the balance of the hire period
• Refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures
• Payment by Cheque, Direct Deposit or Cash (Credit card payment will include 5% charge)
• House rules be strictly enforced, please read on arrival to avoid any problems
• Right of Admission Reserved. Occupancy only allowed as per confirmed numbers when booked
• Rates and discount subject to conditions, availability and change without notification
• Ascot Gardens, nor its servants, or agents accept liability for any personal injury, luggage, loss or damages which may be sustained by the occupants on their property during the period of your stay at Ascot Gardens
